How Energy Healing Came Into My Life

It all began in 2011, in Caviahue, a mystical village of just 600 inhabitants in the Argentine Patagonia. I arrived there because of the snow, but I stayed for its magic: an active volcano, ancient araucaria forests, waterfalls, a sulfurous lake, mountains covered in white, and seagulls soaring over a landscape that seemed painted by Dalí.

That year I worked as a ski instructor, but the season was cut short due to lack of snow. That’s when a friend told me about Caviahue, and I decided to go for just one month... I ended up staying a whole year. In summer, I began working at the Copahue Hot Springs, an ancestral place used by the Mapuche people, with mineromedicinal waters, algae, and vapors that emerge from the heart of the volcano. There, in the silence interrupted only by the wind, I attended visitors who came seeking physical healing and spiritual renewal.

It was in this idyllic setting that I met Laura, a massage therapist and Reiki practitioner, who, upon hearing about my curiosity for the energetic world, offered me my first Reiki sessions. A few months later, she introduced me to her master who—almost like a gift from destiny—taught me Reiki Level I during an entire week. From the very first practices, uncontrollable laughter would burst out of me. Later, I understood that this was my way of releasing stagnant energy. This was how my self-healing journey began.

That same year, a friend from Caviahue introduced me to Breathwork, showing me the power of breathing to reach expanded states of consciousness. 2011 was, without a doubt, a foundational year: the beginning of my spiritual transformation.

In 2012, I returned to Mendoza to a more “normal” life, with office work. But once the healing journey starts, there’s no turning back. I trained with the great actress and teacher Nora Fernández, who, with her method Awakening from the Body—an integration of acting, meditation, and family constellations—guided me deep into my wounds and opened me to new ways of perceiving light, colors, and life.

At the same time, I nurtured my artistic side: I studied musical theater, took singing classes, and recorded my first album. I balanced office hours with healing and art, understanding that everything was connected.

Reiki and energy practices always accompanied me, first as a tool for self-healing and later as a service to others. An unforgettable experience was in 2014, in Switzerland. I fractured my wrist while ice skating. Doctors diagnosed two months of rest, but after a week of self-Reiki, an X-ray in Madrid showed the bone already healed. The doctor couldn’t explain it, but I could: the energy had done its work.

The path returned with strength in 2020, during the pandemic, when solitude in Barcelona led me to deepen my practice of yoga, meditation, and reading about the origin of the universe. Daily practice became a refuge, a bridge to my inner being, and a reminder that the true temple is within.

In 2023, new doors opened: Kundalini Innerdance entered my life through a course with Víctor Reyes and Laia Giménez, marking a before and after. That same year I trained in LNT® – La Nueva Terapia, a powerful quantum healing technique. I began offering both online and in-person therapies, and also facilitated group Kundalini Innerdance sessions in Tenerife, with results that filled me with gratitude. That was the moment when I clearly felt my purpose: to heal and serve others.

The joy of seeing people transform, hearing their breath lighten, or seeing their smiles at the end of a session, is what nourishes my soul the most.

In 2025, I decided to take the definitive leap: I left my marketing job to dedicate myself fully to energy healing. Since then, I have continued expanding my knowledge in Sound Healing, integrating singing, mantras, and the language of light into my therapies. Music, which has always been my most authentic form of expression, has become a sacred tool to raise vibration and open pathways for healing.

Looking back, I understand that every step, even those that seemed to lead me away from this path, were actually preparing me. Reiki, art, travels, music, learning… everything was connected. The universe guided me here.

Today, I know that energy healing didn’t just “come” into my life by chance. It was always within me, waiting for the perfect moment to awaken.
