Refund Policy

At Carol Energy Healing, we are committed to offering healing and wellness experiences with responsibility, respect, and dedication. We want each person to feel cared for and supported throughout their journey, which is why we have established the following refund and cancellation policies:
1. Individual sessions
Cancellations with at least 24 hours' notice: You can reschedule your session at no additional cost or request a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance: no refunds will be issued. You may reschedule your session only once.
No-shows (without prior notice): the session will be considered completed and no refund will be given.
2. Workshops, courses and group sessions
Cancellations with 72 hours' notice: full refund or possibility of using the credit on a future event.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance: no refund will be given, but the reservation may be transferred to another person.
Non-attendance (without prior notice): no refund or credit.
3. Retreats and special events
Specific conditions will apply and will be communicated at the time of booking, due to logistics and organizational costs.
4. Digital purchases (meditations, online courses, music, etc.)
Due to the nature of digital products, returns and refunds are not accepted once the purchase has been made.
5. Refunds
If applicable, the refund will be issued via the same payment method used, within 7 to 14 business days.
Payment platform management fees (such as PayPal) may not be refundable, depending on the provider's terms and conditions.
